Introduction

On successful approved payment of your online order, an automated confirmation will be sent to you by email within 24 hours. Check this carefully to make sure you have ordered the correct product, quantity and delivery details. In the event of an error, please reply to that email within 24 hours.

If your payment is not successful, then the order is invalid.

We prefer that all communications regarding online orders are by email using the email address associated with your order. Please include your online order reference number in all communications so we can assist you quicker.

Shipping Introduction:
Orders are processed as soon as they are received and will be dispatched in a timely manner. When your order is shipped an e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number. For 'Click & Collect' we will contact you when the order is ready for collection.

Made-to-order Products (Shipping and Production Times):
Racing Colours (for Thoroughbred Racing), Harness Colours (for Harness Racing), Blinkers and other made-to-order products we require a minimum of 10 working days to manufacture (Seasonal variance does apply). For urgent orders, please place your order by phone.

Holiday and Production Breaks:

  1. Easter: From 19 April to 28 April (inclusive). Reopen on 29 April.
  2. Christmas and New Year: From 21 December to 12 January (inclusive). Reopen on 13 January.

During holidays and production breaks, customers are welcome to place orders online and by email. Orders will be processed and/or manufacture from the time we reopen in a timely manner.

Estimated delivery time based on delivery to capital cities and major regional centres within Australia. Rural/country areas, Northern Territory, Queensland, and Tasmania may require additional time for delivery (regardless of the chosen delivery method).

3. Delivery Time (International) - estimated delivery time based on data provided by Australia Post. Delivery times may vary and be affected by Customs and Import Agents.

4. Charge - includes/excludes taxes, where applicable (see 'Taxes and Duties' below).

An e-mail will be sent to you by Australia Post with the tracking number when your order is dispatched. This allows you to track the delivery of your order online.

Your Name, Delivery Address, Phone Number and Email will be entered into the Australia Post shipping system in order to facilitate delivery. Australia Post may forward a follow-up survey on completion of delivery (which you can choose to complete or not, the supply of this survey is beyond the jurisdiction of "Gannon's").

Australia Post (and or their contractors/international agents and affiliates) will attempt delivery Monday to Friday, a signature will be required to accept the delivery. If you are not home to receive your parcel, you may need to collect it from an Australia Post (and/or their contractors/international agents and affiliates). Appropriate identification, as determined by the Australia Post, may be required to collect your parcel. Details on your identification must match the name on your order unless advised otherwise by Australia Post.

Once an item has left the premises of "Gannon's", it is no longer the responsibility of "Gannon's".

Taxes and Duties

Australian Orders - Taxes (GST):

Australian Sales Tax "GST" (Goods and Services Tax) applies to all items on this site sold within Australia and it's territories. 

International/Export Orders - Taxes and Duties:

The prices on this website by default include 10% Australian Sales Tax "GST" (Goods and Services Tax) which does not apply to international orders. Once you have registered/logged in to our website and entered your shipping address, the site will automatically adjust the prices to exclude the GST. 

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs taxes, which are applied once your shipment reaches the country of destination. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Gannon's cannot falsify information on invoices or suppress information, and as such all requests will be denied.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.

Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

Should you refuse to pay all applicable import taxes, customs taxes, and duties upon arrival of your order into the destination country and all future attempts to collect said fees result in an unsatisfactory result - Gannon's reserves the right to recover 100% of any fees thereafter imposed along with any return shipping charges from any refund or credit issued.
