Exchanges

We understand that from time to time purchasing online does not go as expected. Our aim is to make sure that you are happy and that we get the best/fairest outcome for both parties.

If your item does not fit OR if you are not happy for any reason (per below conditions below), you can return it to us within 14 days for an exchange for another item OR as an online credit.

Our conditions for return are as follows:

  1. The customer is responsible for all return postage charges
  2. All returned items must be sent by Registered Post with suitable coverage for loss or damage
  3. Any loss or damage by the postal company will not be the responsibility of Gannon's
  4. The product returned must be unused and in new condition, suitable for resale. If the product is found to be used/not of new condition and unsuitable for resale an exchange may be refused
  5. Custom-made products cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty OR incorrect

To return an item:

1. Contact us by email, providing your: Order number, Full Name, and details of the return
2. We will reply and provide instruction
3. Send the returned items by Registered Post to:

4. On receiving the return at Gannon's, we will ensure the items are suitable for return (per above)
5. The exchanged item will be shipped to you OR an online credit will be provided

Fair Trading Policy - Refunds and Replacements for Faulty or defective goods

In accordance with Fair Trading, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • is unsafe

  • is significantly different from the sample or description

  • does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. 

All claims must be in a reasonable time, usually 24 hours from receiving the goods.

In the event of a refund, customers will receive funds back using their original payment method generally within 5 working days of being notified. This timeframe is required due to bank processing times, which are beyond our control.
