How to earn and manage points...

Just register for an account, login and start shopping!

Points are automatically credited to your account when; your order is shipped, you participate promotions and earn bonuses. An automatic email will be sent to your registered email as points are accrued and redeemed. 

To manage your Racing Rewards Account...

1. Login
2. Click 'Racing Rewards Account' icon
   • Your earning and usage history is here (referred to as 'credit' and 'paid' respectively)
   • You can participate in promotions, bonuses and redeem points for coupons!

How to redeem and use points...

Once you’ve reached 500 points you can redeem your points for discount coupons. You can claim up to a maximum of $50 per purchase.

To redeem:

1. Login
2. Click Racing Rewards Account icon
3. On the right-hand side, select from the drop-down menu either
   
   1. 'Racing Rewards Payout - $X'
   2. or 'Convert all points to a coupon'
4. Click 'Redeem'
5. A coupon will be emailed to your registered email address

FAQ's

How do Racing Rewards work?

Just register for an online account with Gannon's and you'll start earning Racing Reward Points automatically from your first purchase.

If you are an existing online account customer you will start earning points from your next purchase.

Points are credited to your Racing Rewards Account when the order is shipped. Points are redeemed for coupons under the 'Racing Rewards Account' section. Once redeemed you have 90 days to use the coupon.

Should a refund occur, points transactions will be reversed and/or deleted from the points history.

Racing Rewards points do not expire as long as your account is active.

Who run's Racing Rewards and will my details be disclosed?

The answers are simple: Gannon's and no.

Racing Rewards is an in-house system that is managed by Gannon's using our loyalty software. We will never disclose your details to a third party, unless required by law.

How do I know how many Racing Rewards points I have?

How much are my Racing Rewards points worth?

For every $1 spent you'll earn 5 points.

For example    Product Cost: AUD $100      Value of Points Earned: AUD $5

How do I redeem Racing Rewards points?

To spend your points

1. Login to your account
2. Click 'Racing Rewards Account'
3. Follow the steps to redeem a coupon
4. The coupon code is emailed to you automatically
5. Use this coupon at checkout towards your purchase

Racing Rewards points cannot be redeemed for cash or gift vouchers.

Minimum Points Required

Currently, a minimum balance of 500 points (AUD $5.00) is required before any point redemptions can take place.

Maximum Points allowed per order

A maximum equivalent to that of AUD $50.00 is allowed to redeem per order.

Will I earn points for shipping fees?

No. When calculating the number of points earned, the shipping fees are excluded.

How many points do I earn when redeeming?

You will earn points on the amount not being paid for using points (excluding shipping and taxes).

Conditions of Use

• Reward Points are only available to registered Gannon's online account holders.
• Reward Points are only be rewarded when you shop online.
• The reward can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only validated at Gannon's
• Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
• Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• Reward Points will not be rewarded if you purchase via phone ordering or in store.
• When redeeming points for coupons, you will still have to pay for the difference using a payment method.
• When calculating the number of points earned shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
