Introduction

Orders are processed as soon as they are received. We dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days. For Racing Colours, Harness Colours, Blinkers and other made-to-order products we require at least 10 working days to manufacture.

When your order is shipped an e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number. 

If you are collecting your order, we will contact you when the order is ready for collection.

We offer the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard)
  • PayPal
    • Credit card payments are processed and approved using PayPal instantly. 
    • Note: eChecks are not instantaneous and may require 2-5 working days to process and authorize. As such, PayPal will not approve your payment until this process is complete. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and shipped.
  • Bank Transfer (Australian shoppers only)
    • Bank details will be provided shortly after the completion of an order. Payments may require 2-5 working days to clear into our bank account. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and shipped.

Shipping charges are fixed for orders delivered in Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

Shipping Methods

If you are collecting your order, we will contact you when the order is ready for collection.

Should you wish to have the order posted at a later date normal charges will apply (payable prior to shipping).

If you have opted to collect your goods from us, you must present a copy of the Online Store Tax Invoice and acceptable identification. Acceptable forms of identification are as follows:

  • Drivers License
  • Proof of Age
  • Passport 

Note: All forms of identification must be valid at the time of collection.  

Australia Post eParcel:

An e-mail will be sent to you by Australia Post with the tracking number when your order is dispatched. This allows you to track the delivery of your order online.

Your Name, Delivery Address, Phone Number and Email will be entered into the Australia Post shipping system in order to facilitate delivery. Australia Post may forward a follow up survey on completion of delivery (which you can choose to complete or not, the supply of this survey is beyond the jurisdiction of Gannon's).

Australia Post (and or their contractors/international agents and affiliates) will attempt delivery Monday to Friday, a signature will be required to accept the delivery. If you are not home to receive your parcel, you may need to collect it from an Australia Post (and/or their contractors/international agents and affiliates). Appropriate identification, as determined by the Australia Post, may be required to collect your parcel. Details on your identification must match the name on your order, unless advised otherwise by Australia Post.

Once an item has left the premises of "Gannon's", it is no longer the responsibility of "Gannon's".

Australian shoppers can use Collect@Post, this enables customers to have their order delivered to: 3,500+ Post Office locations250+ 24/7 Parcel Lockers and 3,500+ PO Box locations as an alternative to their home or work addresses. Taxes and Duties

Australian Orders - Taxes (GST):

Australian Sales Tax "GST" (Goods and Services Tax) applies to all items on this site sold within Australia and it's territories. 

International/Export Orders - Taxes and Duties:

The prices on displayed on this website by default include 10% Australian Sales Tax "GST" (Goods and Services Tax) which does not apply to international orders. Once you have registered/logged in to our website and entered your shipping address, the site will automatically adjust the prices to exclude the GST. 

International orders maybe subject to import taxes, duties and customs taxes, which are applied once your shipment reaches the country of destination. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Gannon's cannot falsify information on invoices or suppress information, and as such all requests will be denied.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.

Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

Should you refuse to pay all applicable import taxes, customs taxes, and duties upon arrival of your order into the destination country and all future attempts to collect said fees result in an unsatisfactory result - Gannon's reserves the right to recover 100% of any fees thereafter imposed along with any return shipping charges from any refund or credit issued.
