Both the Racing and Pacing Colours are available in different styles, these are as follows:
RACING COLOURS
Traditional
These are the normal Jackets you see going around the track, they have Long Sleeves, Studs up the front and are made out of light weight satin or Water Resistant.
Ultra Lite
This is a new style available from Gannon's, it has only on stud at the top, is contoured to the Jockeys body, is lighter than the traditional jackets and stretches outwards/inwards.
***Racing Colours are commonly used for Cross-country riding, the most popular style is 'Ultra Lite'.
PACING COLOURS
Long Sleeved
These are the normal Jackets you see going around the track, they have Long Sleeves, a zip up the front and are made out of ultra durable/light weight satin OR Water Resistant.
Short Sleeved
This is a new style available from Gannon's, he only difference between the traditional and these is the sleeve length. These are also made out of ultra durable/light weight satin OR Water Resistant.
SIZING
All of Gannon's Racing and Pacing Colours are available in sizes S to 4XL & 8 to 24. To make it easier, please click here to download our Australian Sizing Chart.
The standard size for a Racing Colour Jacket is a Large, this allows room for the safety vest etc... Yet fits nicely. So if you intend to use your Jacket for Racing, there is no need to nominate a size.
The standard size for a Pacing Colour Jacket is a XL, this allows room for the safety vest etc... Yet fits nicely. There is more variation though in the sizing when it comes to Harness Drivers, so please provide measurements when ordering this item. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
